We are a group of legal academics who have Things To Say about how universities and the USS are responding to current industrial action over pensions and pay. This isn't legal advice, but law-based observations that colleagues might find helpful when figuring out issues such as pay deductions, restrictions on access to university land for picketing, things like that.
